Borgo Erbiola is a beautiful, recently restored in eco-design, structure ; it is architecturally integrated into the unspoilt landscape of the jewel Pian di Spagna.

A few minutes away from Lake Como for shopping and a walk, a few hundred meters from the famous Spanish fortress of Fuentes of the seventeenth century: "a precious jewel of the seventeenth century, set in the enchanting landscape of Lake Como".

The holiday homes

The complex "Borgo Erbiola" consists of four stone houses that offer a total of eight modern high quality apartments , all very comfortable with individual balconies and garden terraces.
The houses are located on terraces on the hillside at different levels.

A panoramic pool of 4.5 x 10 m offers the best relaxation. A barbecue area overlooking the pool is also ideal for evenings with friends.

Great stay , beautiful location, wonderful people

Location is amazing if you are looking for a quiet experience . Mountains and beautiful green landscape make it wonderful. Nearest town is about 2.2 kms away. Lake Como is accessible via a 25 min walk ( the road is fine ) or by car a few minutes away. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. All facilities are there to cook by self. There were also coffee machine and pods

Beautiful stay with mountain view close to the lake

I absolutely loved the stay. As a solo traveller I found exactly what I was looking for: a beautiful stay in the mountains with great view and swimming pool.
The wifi worked well and allowed to work from there.
The owner shared with me the closest path to get to the city for groceries since I was not travelling by car and it all worked out great.
